FIR Generator Pro is available as a free download, allowing all users to test the software and utilize its core features prior to purchase. We highly encourage you to use this free version to verify system compatibility and ensure the software meets your expectations. Because we provide this free evaluation opportunity, and due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the Professional (Pro) activation code has been generated and issued. Once your Machine ID is submitted and the activation key is dispatched, the license cannot be revoked, and no refunds will be provided.
We offer a 14-day refund policy ONLY under the following strict conditions:
a. Unissued License: You have purchased the license but have NOT yet submitted your Machine ID to generate the activation code. (If the code has already been generated by our system, this condition is voided).
b. Critical Technical Failure: The software has a critical technical failure that prevents it from functioning on supported operating systems, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
